Process

Every project starts with a consultation — either in person or remote. We assess your vehicle, discuss your goals, and recommend a build specification. Once approved, we schedule your appointment, order parts, and complete the work in our facility. You receive documentation of everything performed.

Individual services range from 2-8 hours. Complete packages typically require 1-3 days depending on scope. We provide estimated timelines during booking and communicate any changes. Your vehicle stays in our facility for the duration.

For services under 4 hours, you are welcome to wait in our client area. For longer builds, we recommend drop-off. We will coordinate pickup and provide regular updates during the build.

Pricing

Yes. All listed prices include parts, labor, and calibration where applicable. There are no hidden shop fees, diagnostic charges, or material markups. If a service requires additional parts based on your specific vehicle configuration, we will communicate that before proceeding.

We collect a deposit at booking to secure your appointment and order parts. The deposit amount varies by service — typically 25% of the total. The balance is due upon completion. Deposits are refundable with 48 hours notice before your appointment.

Yes. Packages are priced below the sum of their individual services. The savings are listed on each package. Beyond price, packages benefit from integrated installation — services that share labor steps are more efficient when performed together.

Warranty

All labor carries a 12-month warranty. Parts are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which we manage on your behalf. ECU calibrations include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee — if you are not satisfied with the tune, we will revert to stock at no charge.

Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a manufacturer must demonstrate that a specific aftermarket part caused a failure before denying warranty coverage. Our OEM+ approach minimizes this risk. We can discuss the warranty implications of specific modifications during your consultation.

Scheduling

We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for individual services and 4-6 weeks for complete packages. Popular services fill quickly. If your preferred date is unavailable, we offer a waitlist.

Cancellations with 48+ hours notice receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit 50% of the deposit. No-shows forfeit the full deposit. Rescheduling with 24+ hours notice carries no penalty.
